Carefully remove the rear case.
CUT THE BLUE WIRE loop directly above the Lithium-ion battery.
Reset the microprossessor (Press and hold [VM] and [FUNCTION] buttons and
turn on the radio (all memories will be lost))  New ranges:  rx 118-174
tx/rx 136-173.995.
